At the end of last year, AI read the final draft of my forthcoming book and told me I was wrong. I wrote about it in the context of knowing who to listen to and when (AI, the crowd, the pros). I didn’t dive into listening to oneself because for me that’s a given. The place we start and the place we end up.
Besides AI telling me my personal title suggestions were trash and leading me towards something, like, oh, The Profitable Author, the biggest aha I got from the exercise of feeding my 500 pages into a machine was that information in my book overlapped well with top author paint points. (Note: I didn’t worry about AI taking from my book or learning from it because most of my book has already been published in various forms on multiple sites out the in the vast reaches of cyberland.)
